Good Evening All! Grin

I recently stumbled across this excellent offer from Gatwick Express: - http://www.gatwickexpress.com/en/offers/free-gatwick-airport-lounge/

Unfortunately, thetrout is due to fly ( Angry ) to Spain on Wednesday from Gatwick! As the delights of possible travel on a Class 442, The fact that I would have gone to the No1 Lounge anyway and also that railcard discounts are accepted in the promotion. I decided it was worth doing Grin

In the Terms and Conditions of the offer, it says you need to print out the booking confirmation which was sent to your e-mail address to gain entry to the lounge.

Here lies the problem Sad I haven't received that e-mail! I've checked in my spam filter/junk inbox and I've received e-mails before and after booking so i'm 99% sure it's not a server issue! (I run my own Exchange e-mail servers).

Can anyone suggest what I can do?

Thanks Grin

** Edit ** - Note to the Mods, I've just realised that this might be better off in Smoke and Mirrors... Please move the thread if necessary! Ta, TT Grin **

Login to the Southern Mixing Deck website using your Gatwick Express username and password (https://tickets.southernrailway.com/sn/en/account/Login.aspx) and you should be able to print off another confirmation by going to Full Details in the booking history section.
