Possibly the most expensive Advance Ticket in the UK?!!

As some of you may have worked out, I have been spending more and more time in the lands of the Dutch Railways... The folk over there call themselves GreaterAnglia

Now I happened to look up the price on the Journey Planner for 2x 1st Advance Tickets from Stratford to Norwich (Admittedly with Railcard). Whilst in the pub sipping away at an Appletiser... Needless to say, when the prices came up, the Appletiser itself bought a First Class Ticket to my laptop keyboard. The price quoted certainly did make me chuckle... See attached Pic :-)

When I was programmer (EE LEO 326) I'd have been shot if I'd released a programme which gave such a stupid answer.

Bring back Data Vet checks to check both the input and results. Remember the first rule of computing GIGO.

Thus we never sent out a zero telephone bill direct from the computer centre they were diverted into as erate print stream for manual checking. If the stupid clerks then sent it out then it wasn't the computers fault.
