I booked some tickets for travel on Southern Railway's WebTIS booking site. They are 1st Advance for travel partly on Southern and partly on another
TOC▸ . Their website clearly states that you can request a 100% refund with no booking fee including Southern Trains Advance Tickets.
It is clear in that it is just Southern Advance Tickets - But not overly clear as to whether journeys partly made on Southern Trains counts?
Does anyone know if they do. To be honest I am not too concerned if I lose the funds. It would be well worth the expense for not having to do the job they were booked for. I don't particularly fancy traveling the distance to basically tell the office manager that I can't repair their computers because they're managed by another company and leave again

Gah... Politics!
