Thanks to MoneySAvingExpert for spotting this....

Railcards can save you a third off train travel if you're eligible - that means if you're spending over ^90, even on a one-off trip, it's worth getting one. And until Mon 2 Jun, you can get an extra 10% off railcards when you enter the code SPRING10 online at the railcard checkout. It's rare to see a discount on ALL railcards at once.

These include:
^16-25 Railcard (if you're lucky enough to be under 25)
^Family and Friends Railcard (if you're travelling with children)
^Two Together Railcard (when two people sign up the same card and travel together)
^Senior Railcard (if you're over 60 years old)

All the railcards cost ^30 (^27 when you use the code) and get you a third off travel for a year. The code is valid on annual memberships only.

So the Disabled Persons Railcard is not a Railcard then? Devon and Cornwall Railcard? Network Railcard?

The Disabled Railcard isn't a local one though...

Yes a Disabled Railcard is cheaper than ^30 or ^27. But the principle I was trying to get at was the statement "ALL Railcards" technically makes the Moneysavingexpert article incorrect.

I found out a few days ago If you have ^14 in Tesco club card vouchers you can exchange them for a family & friends railcard.
