More likely someone peeled it off from near the tap and stuck it on the toilet seat? Or did someone genuinely order these stickers to be placed on the toilet?

Prob an ar backside covering exercise.  Maybe some idiot drank from the toilet and is suing?
But then again the sticker is at an angle.

There is absolutely no way you could sue someone if you were to drink out of their toilet. Most likely someone has moved stickers to the toilet as a joke.

Doesn't stop people though does it. People sue for the stupidest of things sometimes.

They may do but if I was Southeastern I wouldn't be particularly worried about it. It doesn't do any harm telling people not to drink from the toilet bowl, but it certainly isn't necessary either.
