The British Transport Police are conducting a survey for the purpose of improving the service they offer.

Quote
British Transport Police is committed to getting you home safe, secure and on time. In setting our policing priorities for next year, we want to hear your views and find out about what matters to you while using the railway or London Underground network.

The survey can be completed at the following link:
http://www.btp.police.uk/advice_and_information/how_we_tackle_crime/what_matters_to_you_survey.aspx

I trust they are also committed to getting folk safely to any destination and not just home.  Roll Eyes Cheesy

I thought that too when I read it. I guess it's referring to ensuring trains aren't disrupted too much at stations and on the railway with issues that arise that would fall under BTP (British Transport Police)'s remit.

Hmmm .... the survey asks which of a whole list of things they should concentrate on, without giving any idea as to how effective policing will be in that particular area. So we have to answer with the heart, because the head's not provided with sufficient information.

Not clear to me "want to hear" because it will effect the priorities we set, or "want to hear" because we're required to consult?  I'm very happy to help with a survey if I feel it may make a difference, but I do like to know the process and whether it will.
