From the FGW▸ (First Great Western) website :

15:00 Plymouth to London Paddington due 18:20
This train has been terminated at Reading. It will no longer call at: London Paddington. This is due to a train fault.

Customers travelling from Reading to London Paddington are advised to travel on the 1758 service.

19:48 Exeter St Davids to London Paddington due 22:28
This train will be terminated at Westbury. It will no longer call at: Pewsey, Newbury, Reading and London Paddington. This is due to a train fault.

Customers travelling from Exeter St Davids to London Paddington are advised to travel on the 2037 service.Customers travelling from Castle Cary to London Paddington are advised to travel on the 2035 service to Westbury and change for the 2112 service to Bath and change for the 2156 service to London Paddington.Passengers for Pewsey and Newbury road transport has been provided from Westbury.

This train has been cancelled. This is due to a train fault.
