Does anyone know why I get more discount at Westbury than Frome Station for a monthly season ticket travelling between Frome-Swindon? Prior to double discounts, Frome Station discounted by 5% and Westbury by 10%, this is now 10% and 20% respectively.  Huh

I did wonder that, I heard the words "that's mainline" mentioned by the ticket seller at Westbury. As for asking customer service, I haven't, as I was afraid of losing the generous discount in case it was a loophole they might close.  Smiley
