Correct! I spent the afternoon at Crofton photographing trains and the environs. New camera needed an outing. A friend had offered me a driving lesson and when we worked out how much time we had and how far we could go, we decided on Crofton. A303 is a challenging drive for a novice. Particularly returning west into the setting sun. All good practice, and I actually had another small section of the A303 on my test today. I'll add some pics from Crofton tomorrow.

Lovely spot ... with the engine house at the top of the steps, and the canal just to the south of the railway. Marvellous views ... walkable from Bedwyn Station, also from Pewsey though that's quite a long way.
