DfT» (Department for Transport - about) have published the franchise agreement and ancillary legal documents for Virgin Rail Group Limited and West Coast Trains Limited today - https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/west-coast-2018-rail-franchise-agreement

This is for the direct award agreed in February 2018.

For 12 months from 1st April 2018 - 31st March 2019 with the option to extend, at the DfT» (Department for Transport - about)'s discretion, by up to 12 months.
