I could start an awful lot of threads and drown boards with what I find interesting in the wider UK (United Kingdom) news ... so here is (initially) 3 in one - from 10th March 2019.   Please feel free to quote / start fresh threads if something is of more than passing interest.  I wonder, for example, if the Spalding call for trains to be moved out of the town to allow level crossings to close may ring a bell (or sting) in Portishead ...
