There's some brilliant ingenuity in a lot of the Rube Goldberg machine videos on YouTube. A personal favourite of mine is this one from the band OK Go. Decent song too.

Ha Ha. Grin That made me think of Wilf Lunn in Vision On, although I don't think any of his inventions were as grand as that. Also There is a Heath Robinson museum in Pinner that I walked past a few years ago without knowing of its existence and I've been meaning to take a visit ever since.
