It's a funny old world.

Where we told people to meet and pointed them in to each other, we now point them away to separate.

Where we told people to take off motor cycle helmets and scalves around their faces when they interact with others, we now ask them to cover their faces when they're anywhere near us

Where we told people arriving early at the station to sit and wait in the waiting room, but we now direct them out onto the platform with the seating area being on the arrival route, or indeed deny them barrier access until a certain time before their train is due

As I have said before, we?ve spent years trying to encourage people not to put bags on the seat next to them.

The effects of this madness are going to take years to repair and to get people to interact with others again.

As well as posting messages onto existing threads, and starting new subjects, members can communicate with each other through personal messages if they wish. And once members have made a certain number of posts, they will automatically be admitted to the "frequent posters club", where subjects not-for-public-domain are discussed; anything from the occasional rant to meetups we may be having ...
