On the subject of bookshops, the well known Robert Humm in Stamford is retiring and winding down his business.

I have about 30 OS▸ (Ordnance Survey) Landranger maps, a few random other Explorer maps from the mid 2000s. I could post them?
Or are they so common, the recycle bin awates...

If it's not too much trouble, could you please send me a pm with details of which particular maps they are?  I could chuck some money your way, to cover the postage.

I already have some 40 Landranger and 8 Explorer Ordnance Survey maps, but there are still some gaps on my shelf. Roll Eyes

William Huskisson MP▸ (Member of Parliament, or Mile Post (a method of measuring the railway in miles and chains from a starting point - usually London), depending on context) was the first person to be killed by a train while crossing the tracks, in 1830.  Many more have died in the same way since then.  Don't take a chance: Stop, Look, Listen.
