Is it my imagination, or is the East Coast Main Line operator trying to take over the West of England main line?. Have they done so anyway, with the LNER^» operator (HM Government) operating the GWR^▸ via a tight straightjacket of micromanagement on GWR? https://twitter.com/LNER/status/1659151890683248640
