The Rail Accident Investigation Branch has opened an independent investigation into the incident.

Anyone get a notification from RAIB▸ (Rail Accident Investigation Branch) that are subscribed to their email service? I didn't....

"Level crossings are safe, unless they are used in an unsafe manner."  Discuss.
