In making enquiries (of Transport for Wales) yesterday, I looked to using email, Facebook, or X to get a written and quotable response. Email said "up to 10 working days to respond" and then had no appropriate subject line option and wan't the way to go. Facebook was closed to messages. I tried to message on X and was rather shocked that
TfW▸ - though they advertise the route - seem to open it to the selected people they follow and to people who pay for X premium service only.


I didn't (and it was quoted back in another thread) use WhatsApp on my phone and screengrabbed the response - so issue "solved" though we are not necessarily happy with the response -
another story and some very odd ticketing stuff has come up when Cardiff to Ebbw Vale services run via Newport in the evening.
