Yes, you HAVE found the right place - starting at 14:30, 3rd October 2024.   Hosted by the independent  Great Western Coffee Shop Passenger forum, with Daryn McCombe, the performance and train service delivery director at GWR▸ (Great Western Railway).   Aided and abetted by colleagues at GWR and the moderator and admin team here at the Coffee Shop.

Many thanks - Daryn and Tom, Bryony, Chris, Tim, .. and everyone else too.  A useful hour and a half, I think.  Daryn and Tom have sprinted for their train, I am in (!) a Coffee Shop here in Swindon and will catch the "Westbury Flyer" next time it comes around.   When I get home / overnight run through the recording and to assist with all the various follow ups.

Thanks everyone for organising the session.  The new Zoom feature was a great addition.
The contents, I felt, were both thought provoking and enlightening....a mid afternoon well spent.
