Just seems to be the local authority code for the footpath, their definitive map shows loads of footpath lengths with a similar format, the other side of the river is T5/13B.  Here’s a link to the map, although such links often fail for a subsequent attempt:

Thank you for that Paul. I thought it might be a footpath code when I initially investigated here while out and about. Poor mobile Internet so I didn't investigate further. Then the thought fluttered away.

William Huskisson MP (Member of Parliament, or Mile Post (a method of measuring the railway in miles and chains from a starting point - usually London), depending on context) was the first person to be killed by a train while crossing the tracks, in 1830.  Many more have died in the same way since then.  Don't take a chance: Stop, Look, Listen.

"Level crossings are safe, unless they are used in an unsafe manner."  Discuss.

Doggie footpaths don't tend to follow the same routes that our ones do - they often involve charging across whatever is in the way and then circling around and weaving all over the place - and no doubt have their own coding system.  Wink
