FirstGroup PLC has apologised to passengers after the survey showed satisfaction with two of its franchises had slumped (links below.)

FirstGroup said in a statement that it was sorry for failing to provide expected levels of service on First Great Western (FGW▸ (First Great Western)) and First Capital Connect (FCC▸ (First Capital Connect).)
