Had something different to look at this morning whilst waiting for train in to Paddington at Reading.  (It's these little things that help the daily commute!)   Smiley

I saw a different type of train pull in form the West into Platform 9.

For those who know about these things it was 158590 on the front.

Boppy.

And somebody please tell me just how all the B&H (Berks and Hants - railway line from Reading to Taunton via Westbury) photographers got to hear about 158950 on the grapevine when it wasn't even in TRUST (Train Running System TOPS) until 05:00! Did it actually go into Reading station though? It should have gone from the west straight onto depot.

Yep I can confirm it came into the station on Platform 9 as I overheard some station staff say to each other "Where's that going?!" much to my amusement  Smiley
