Indeed; although I now commute by car, I do still do one or two trips a week to Paddington and to be fair to FGW I can't remember the last time I had a problem.

EK▸ (Economy Klaus (web log)) hasn't posted since August of last year so we can either guess all is well on his travels, he's moved to pastures new or he can't be bothered to write his blog anymore.

William Huskisson MP▸ (Member of Parliament, or Mile Post (a method of measuring the railway in miles and chains from a starting point - usually London), depending on context) was the first person to be killed by a train while crossing the tracks, in 1830.  Many more have died in the same way since then.  Don't take a chance: Stop, Look, Listen.

"Level crossings are safe, unless they are used in an unsafe manner."  Discuss.
