Given the serious and potentially unfounded allegations made by the original poster, and following requests from other members, this thread has been locked and moved "behind the counter" where it is viewable only be the admin team. We will discuss the appropriate action to take and report back.

After correspondence with the OP▸ (Original Poster / topic starter, or Off Peak, depending on context), they have advised that this issue has been resolved to their satisfaction with FGW▸ (First Great Western) and the matter is now closed. This topic therefore won't be making a reappearance out in public.
