 The thread 'Re: Stock cascade of class 150s' seems to be drifting slightly which gave me an idea to start a new one on pacers on unusual routes...

i don't have more details but apparently a 142 has been to yeovil junction (and has the record time for exeter-yeovil)

any more details (or even photos would be great)

maybee we can add more pacer sightings here rather than on threads about class 150's  Grin

Bit like that 153 that didn't go to Portsmouth*...! *cough* Shocked Roll Eyes Grin

* = Disclaimer: FGW (First Great Western) will deny all knowledge of said 153 making it to Portsmouth... But it did AFAIK ('as far as I know')

I bet that poor 87 felt a bit homesick... No OHLE (Over-Head Line Equipment (electrification via catenary)) for a good 160 miles Shocked Sad
