GWR - Incorrect or no fares being offered
Posted by ray951 at 13:17, 29th September 2025

Hi,
There seems to be an issue with the following journeys in the GWR website/app.

Haddenham and Thame Parkway to Bicester North  -  the GWR website/app claims there are no tickets available for this journey. Other apps have a single ticket available at £4.50.
Haddenham and Thame Parkway to Bicester Village - the GWR website/app has the cheapest single ticket at £33.40 and a return for £33.50, which is pretty expensive for a journey of 13 minutes. Other apps have tickets at £4.50 single and £7.70 return.

Is there a way of contacting GWR to correct this or maybe someone from GWR will see this.
