only just found out about this event.

Hi everyone, please find attached our most recent newsletter to update you about FoCS and Chippenham station.
Tomorrow, June 24th, the local museum in Chippenham are having a Westinghouse day for those who may find this interesting. Also the Westinghouse model railway club will have a display open to the public  in the Yelde Hall from 10.30 to 3.30.

Friends of Chippenham Station are still needing new members so please consider joining us so we can undertake new projects. We now have a store room at the station but it needs to be cleaned and painted. It is at the end of the disused platform just past the toilets and we believe it may have been the lamp room. If anyone has any knowledge of this we would be pleased to learn more about it.

Kind regards

Gail Delahaye.

You can find out more about how this forum works [here] - that will link you to a copy of the forum agreement that you can read before you join, and tell you very much more about how we operate. We are an independent forum, provided and run by customers of Great Western Railway, for customers of Great Western Railway and we welcome railway professionals as members too, in either a personal or official capacity. As well as posting messages onto existing threads, and starting new subjects, members can communicate with each other through personal messages if they wish. And once members have made a certain number of posts, they will automatically be admitted to the "frequent posters club", where subjects not-for-public-domain are discussed; anything from the occasional rant to meetups we may be having ...
