A photo from 6th April 2010, the Tuesday after easter Sunday (& 5:30 in the afternoon), which surprised me as it looks to be from another era. I can't recall much about taking it - would this have been a Crosscountry HST (High Speed Train (Inter City class 43 125 units)) and is this Weston?

I can't identify the location, although I am sure someone will. The stock is MK2 air conditioned and definitely not HST (High Speed Train (Inter City class 43 125 units)) as the seats align with the windows. Probably either a charter service or stock hired in to cover a particular need.

Most likely when Taunton-Cardiff services were covered by top'n'tail loco and MkII coaches. But it's definitely Weston-super-Mare.

As regards rail tours, archives show there was just one on 6/4/2010 and it wasn't far away. However, The Great Britain III was timed (no actuals) into BRI» (Bristol Temple Meads - next trains) at 15:08 and by 17:28 should have reached Bath on its was back ECS (Empty Coaching Stock) to Ddicot. So unless it got very lost turning round ...

Indeed, lots more photos and information about these workings on the Taunton Trains website (scroll to halfway down the page in this link) https://www.tauntontrains.co.uk/oldsite/LOCOHAULED.htm

Thanks, everyone, for the responses. (Also, less than 15 years ago and the photo feels like it's from a different era...)
