Whilst waiting for my 1736 service tonight I noticed an adelante (sp?) pull in from the west into one of the northern platforms (9 or 10?) . I am guessing it was going on to paddington. I believe it was in FGW▸ (First Great Western) livery .

I seem to remember these were used on the Thatcham line on some of the early morning services prior to the introduction of HSTs▸ (High Speed Train (Inter City class 43 125 units))

Most likely out on a test run which they have been doing for the past few days.

It will be good to see these units back on the GWML▸ (Great Western Main Line) certainly adds some variety

Yep it was, I left platform 9 around that time and it was just coming into platform 10 (not sure if it was stopping) - all nice and new and shiny it was!
