I think this understandable but it's a bit non-collegiate (on SWT▸ (South West Trains) live info).

12:17 Portsmouth Harbour to London Waterloo due 14:37 This train will be delayed at Hilsea and will be further delayed at Cosham and is expected to be 9 minutes late.
This is due to an earlier train fault.
Additional Information:
This train was delayed behind a First Great Western train which had a fault at Cosham Message Received :23/12/2012 12:43

(Especially with FGW▸ (First Great Western) having its back against the wall elsewhere).
