There's a comment in today's Sunday Times that FGW (First Great Western) are being forced to refund money to annual season ticket holders because of an error in its systems. That's all they say. Anyone know any more about this? I imagine it might be because the online system doesn't make allowance for discounts, but that's the only thing I can think of.

Quite a gesture by FGW (First Great Western) but will it be enough to stop next weeks MTLS (More Train Less Strain) 'fare strike' in it's tracks?

I hope so.  Looks like MTLS (More Train Less Strain) have achieved something.  Well done to them and well done to FGW (First Great Western)
