No ballast, suspended rails with mixed gauge...?  No idea where but not on a standard gauge line, I'll wager.

Time travelling BNM? D805 was scrapped in 1972. D821 and D832 being the only survivors. Assumingly a replica?

Just realised its a miniature railway!

Taunton model engineers being the operator, I saw them operating a similar set up with a different loco at Wellington school sometime ago, so could it be at Wellington school?

I thought it was the Ashton Court miniature railway - as I posted at http://www.firstgreatwestern.info/coffeeshop/index.php?topic=2440.msg18366#msg18366 on a previous occasion.
