What has happened to posts this afternoon? There are now none at all posted between 12:46 and 16:24, and I know I made at  least one.

Oh gosh - sorry about that; we had a database issue on a critical index and the immediate indicator I had was that in all probability nothing had been lost  Undecided so I restored the last good message backup.  Restore was completed at 15:40 to the message table as it had been at 12:50. Unusually, it would now appear that the database was still accepting inputs when damaged to the extent that backups were failing, thus the gap ...
