Another new series with trains and rail transport as its theme.

This series looks at how trains around the world changed history, driving political and social change.

For the impatient among you, the entire series is available to watch now on the UKTV Play platform. Online, through Apple/Android apps, and via some Smart TV▸ (Thames Valley, or TeleVision, depending on context) and broadcast provider platforms.

Opening voiceover: "The train. Among the most revolutionary of human inventions."

Can't argue with that. If steel wheel on steel rail wasn't such an interesting and engaging subject I wouldn't have found reason to compose 16000+ posts on this forum!
