Amongst things that struck me ...

1. It's quite a good idea to have a part of the train - perhaps even a full carriage - for the stuff people take with them

2. Passenger prefer to have a train on which they can fit rather than a faster one on which they can't

3. An area of train seating where you can eat and drink, with a fixed counter offering a wide range ...
