Copped a new locomotive livery for me yesterday whilst waiting my bus to Staple Hill.

A class 66 light engine, didn't get the number as was so occupied by the livery, mainly white all over with GBfr in black on the rear of the loco body shell as I saw it with a blue and red flash on the front cab(as I saw it) with the word (company name) cemex in black in the middle of the body shell.

Haven't been able to ID working from RTT» (Real Time Trains - website) but the working was between Yate and Westerleigh Junction about 10.00am 23-07-2019.

Would appear so despite the accompanying text claiming it to be a class 60 locomotive.

"The Cemex Express, a Class 66 Locomotive" and the 66780 in the photo?

Yes, above is in text ;-

Also from the text ;-

John Smith, Managing Director of GBRf, said “We are delighted to unveil this fantastic Class 60 locomotive, painted in the CEMEX livery and representing our two organisations’ ongoing partnership.
