That picture - Neasden - Great Central. Web site desribes the program as "Narrated by Ralph Richardson. A Charming short film made in 1949 following London workers on their weekends in the country. Cricket of The Green, Picnics at the Lido, Boating, Bowling & Fishing." No onine replay I could find, but it does appear to be oft-repeated. See

There was an Ashton station on the Teign Valley line - see
http://disused-stations.org.uk/a/ashton/index.shtml - but that does not fit with an LNER locomotive. We have no confirmation that the program was all filmed at the same time / location and indeed the description hints at a series of weekends doing different things.
