How many of these places have YOU visited?

This is not the normal list of worldwide cities and sites like Stonehenge, Disney and Paris.  This is a more personal list.  About a dozen places in this list are "bucket list" places that Lisa and I drew up last night over dinner in the "Keel and Cow". Many of the others are old favourites and happy memories we would love to go back to, and most of the rest are places that one of us has visited and would love to take the other.

How many of these places have YOU visited? (how many did you have to look up?)  ... where would you add as a "must go" that we have missed?

17 as far as I can remember - I've led a quiet life.  (I'm taking 'visited' to mean 'walked around in'.)

25.  All in UK (United Kingdom).

Rather partial to Fort William being on the list but perhaps it’s the journey there I prefer more.

21... I've not included any city I may have driven round the periphery of in a car at night or driven through without pause.
I would recommend Hamburg as a really interesting city to visit, Krakow is another one. Alicante is...or was....underated and the coastal tram/train makes for good day trip exploration from there.  Just over the channel the St Malo/Dinan/Dinard "triangle" has much to offer and finally...Bruges is a real gem.
I could go on....

18 not counting those where I've only passed through on the train.

You should visit Lincoln for the cathedral and Merthyr Tydfil for the industrial history.

I am going to get back and answer everyone else in the morning ... but had to comment that we were in Hamburg at the start of this week; cold and tale to tell, Christmas markets not to my taste but much marked for a future visit ... and we'll be in Bruges tomorrow - actually a city we both know having spent a week there giving an IT course, and with all the evenings available to look around.    Those were the days of travelling in a car not the train, though.
