Walking today on the Hampshire-Berkshire border, I crossed the Basingstoke-Reading line north of Bramley and saw these works.  I continued towards the edge of Bramley (where there was a new housing estate) and noticed the information board.

This came up last month, with its appearance in the "pipeline" suggesting it should be 90% built by April 2023.
