I tried to book using this site today. For some reason it looked awful and most buttons were barely invisible. I got to a point where I couldn't go any further. So I called the number given, got put into a call centre menu, then a queue and thought, life's too short to go on any further.

Was it just me, or is there something wrong with their booking site?

I used the site last week and didn't have any problems, hats off to FGW▸ (First Great Western) for that one. Perhaps it's been so popular people have worn the web page away.  Cheesy
