Just to let you know it has been report many times that the Info Point is out of order.

If you have reported it out of order can you let me know the following:

Date report to First.

How you reported it I.E. by letter, E-mail  or phone.

Hi Sion

I first reported it to the ticket collector on the train, must have been mid May who said he would report it to the "authorities".  I again mentioned it to the ticket collector on the 18th June who said "it had probably been reported".  I then rang  the 0800 number when the sign about checking the facilities regularly appeared and was told they had "no nowledge of a problem" even though I knew others had reported it too.
