Back in the late 90s early 00s I remember BR▸ (British Rail(ways)) cookies.....

They weew huge (or appeared so) and had choc chips in them

I thing they cost about 50p

I miss their demise

You used to get oranged choc chip ones on GNER▸ (Great North Eastern Railways), they were nice too.

Do you mean the large flat round ones or the cake varity? My lad used to like the large flat ones not sure I remember the cake ones on trains. However, they did the cake ones in lots of nice flavours in the canteen at work fatal! I've been retired 4 years and am still trying to lose the weight they and the bacon bagels from the tea stand  put on!

Anyone remember the real steak baps on the Clactons in the early sixties in the buffets of the 309s. Also Halibut for high tea from Leeds to KX with a Deltic, what more could one ask?

Yes!  The Large flat ones!
