Hi there.

I stumbled upon this board by chance, and thought I'd join to possibly answer some of the questions raised about the trains, service etc people have been posting about.

I am also a member of staff for FGW (First Great Western) (LTV (London [and] Thames Valley)), so I hope to be of use from time to time.

Regards,

Thomas.

Hi Thomas.

Did you ever have problems with Annie and Clarabel packed to the gunnels and creaking at the seams.

Welcome to the coffee shop Thomas. We're a very friendly bunch on this site and hope you will find topics posted of interest to you. Do contribute or correct anything involving the many posts involving FGW (First Great Western). Its always great to have someone who works for FGW on board and a number of your colleagues from different parts of the company regularly post on this site. Any news that you learn of that you think may be of interest is always welcome no matter how big or small.

All our trains creak Marty. It's something to do with the awful blue vinyl covering...    Wink
