Family and Friends Railcard 25% off

Family and Friends Railcard (FaFR) is currently available online with a nice discount of 25%. ^19.50 instead of ^26. A handy purchase if any folks out there are planning family rail travel in the run-up to Christmas. The offer is only available online for a 1 year card through the official website and the offer runs until 8th Nov 2009.

Don't forget to enter the promotional code when entering payment details.

The minimum requirement for FaFR use is one adult and one child under 16 travelling together. However up to four adults and four children can travel together on one FaFR card, and they don't need to be related! Adults fares get 34% off most ticket types with child reductions at 60%.

Anyone got a sprog I can borrow? Would probably get cheaper travel with a rail card than I do with a Priv these days! Moan, moan, woe is me etc.
