Well, of course Translink did the right thing so not to inconvenience other passengers. But why did a 20 minute delay make the news- especially that it was at no fault of the operator? To me it sounds like the standards are much higher in Northern Ireland!

think he should try travelling from Cardiff to Pompey a few times a week!

As you say what luxury for those passengers and could we see this event happening more once the batch ex-Wessex 158s head up North?
