posting here as well i know its a discrep however on the live departures screen for taunton aswell as bus departures for minehead there is also a 1417 service from platform 1

also why are the busses showing as opperated by fgw (i presume BSPSHIT is bishops lyd  Grin

also noticed that you can book tickets online from exeter to minehead (xbv) but not from taunton

Tickets from TAU» (Taunton - next trains) are available, but not online as there is no train journey involved.  This is the ticket, which you should be able to buy from a ticket office or over the phone:
