Discounted Travel For Exeter Rugby Supporters

Stumbled across the following article while looking through the Exeter Chiefs website:

Now that Exeter have attained their long held ambition of playing in the English Premiership (for at least one season!) home matches are expected to attract average crowds of at least 10000 so it will be interesting to see what happens to passenger volumes.

I just wonder if FGW^▸ might be missing a trick here because travel from places such as London, Gloucester & Bath (the homes of some other Premiership teams) seems to be excluded.
