What sounds like an interesting programme about the UK (United Kingdom) rail network's crackpot structure. Haven't listened to it yet myself.

On the plus side it was reasonably well balanced and covered most of the relevant issues, on the negative there were not many suggestions as I can remember to providing anything in the way of answers that haven't already been discussed eleswhere and was also rather Northern centric, but as we know they are having a pretty hard time of it up North on the trains.

I'll have to listed to it again with a slightly more critical ear.
