Someone I went to college with did Work Experience with FGW (First Great Western) alongside a college vocational course or something similar over a year. Infact I was speaking to him a couple of weeks ago and he's just been taken back on for work experience at BRI» (Bristol Temple Meads - next trains).

I would recommend what others have suggested and speak with the local station manager, as per Vacman's post Wink

Best of luck!

Well done, ollie b!  Smiley

William Huskisson MP (Member of Parliament, or Mile Post (a method of measuring the railway in miles and chains from a starting point - usually London), depending on context) was the first person to be killed by a train while crossing the tracks, in 1830.  Many more have died in the same way since then.  Don't take a chance: Stop, Look, Listen.

"Level crossings are safe, unless they are used in an unsafe manner."  Discuss.

Isn't Weymouth the best place to be next July?  Tongue

I'm sure you'll have an excellent time at Exeter though.  Grin
