Nice to see the RPI (Revenue Protection Inspector, or Retail Price Index, depending on context)'s doing a late night "sting" at Temple Meads last night, passing through on my way home I saw several revelers being issued Penalty Fares at 2300!

Nice to see the RP (Revenue Protection, or Responsible Person, depending on context) dept starting these bilkers on the Rocky Road to a Record.  Grin

Out of interest, how were they operating this?  Was it a case of PF (Penalty Fare)-ing people at the ticket barrier who arrived ticketless?

I assume those who arrived from PF stations were PF'd but I didn't hang around long, there was a pint waiting for me in the Knights Templar!
