Far from the south west and the photo's from 2017, perhaps it has been taken down. Folkestone Station's 1961 clock tower could really do with one of those (and the design brief should contain principles for installation on an existing structure such as that one...)

It has an official design manual as well, of course - being an official clock.
Bear in mind, that is the draft version of the manual to be published in December 2025.
